Reminding the image of a waterfall a hanging sculpture of wooden slats was installed in the townhall of Tukums in Latvia. In 2012. Design and realization of the project by artist group "Ledus iet" <kuldiga, Latvia.
Project was financed by municipality of Kuldiga and Tukums.
