Here I am
19. - 23. August 2026
A five day therapeutic-creative laboratory in Askov, Denmark. 19.-23. August 2026.

(With arrival on Wednesday evening before dinner, departure on Sunday after lunch.)
For people working in the field of therapy, pastoral care and art / - therapy.
Our starting point is the desire to create a space where we as therapists/artists can focus on our roots, our sources and core.
Each day explores the theme HERE I AM through three different therapeutic methods.
The program: We begin in the morning with bodywork and dance-therapy (Ruth Knaup), thereafter all settle down in PBSP-therapy “Pesso-therapy" (Christian Højlund)) ending up in the afternoon with using the arts as therapy (Ole Lindqvist). The daily shifts in methods opens up to possibilities of deepening the personal questions.

Day 1 the focus will be on Here I am.
Day 2 the focus is on Here I am
Day 3 on Here I am.

With other words: Three intense and moving days about presence, identity and being.
Although we stay together in one big group there will be exercises and much face-to-face work during the day. Each day is framed by a short meditation / singing in the morning and evening. And enough space for just doing nothing, walk together, talk together, dance together..
